Weight Loss - A Mindset Approach
Rethinking Your Relationship with Food
Many people turn to slimming clubs or diets that seem effective at first, only to find the weight gradually returns. Research shows that diets rarely succeed in the long term—you can’t “diet” forever. We all know that excess weight can impact health, and maintaining a healthy balance often feels like a lifelong struggle.
The good news is that you can change the way you think about food while still enjoying it. No more constant battles with temptation! Clients often share how they develop a relaxed, confident attitude toward eating, making wise choices without feeling deprived.
Course Structure
Sessions 1 & 2: Held at least two weeks apart, giving your mind time to absorb and apply what you learn.

Important Notes
If you’re experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, I recommend a couple of private hypnotherapy sessions beforehand to maximise the benefits of the course. Please call me to discuss.
This course is not suitable if you have a diagnosed eating disorder (such as anorexia) or a medical condition where weight loss is inadvisable. If unsure, please consult your GP.
A Realistic Approach
This isn’t a “quick fix.” You’ll need to take responsibility for your choices. However, those who fully engage often report reduced cravings, greater confidence in making healthy decisions, and a sense of calm control—leading to a happier, more balanced lifestyle.
