I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) having achieved the gold standard of HPD Dip(ACHMT), Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnosis and Mind Therapies.

Using on-line sessions or from my clinic located in the prestigious Banchory Business Centre on Burn O’Bennie Road, I provide counselling and support for stress, anxiety and phobias. I also specialise in weight control, smoking/vaping cessation and pain management using Steven Blake's OldPain2Go program.
